Feasability study

We begin with a commercial print trial to test and optimize the printing process for a special application. This is a technical feasibility study. We proceed if this study has a positive outcome.

Commercial Print Trial

During a commercial print trial for UV inkjet printing on a certain substrate, several aspects should be considered, including:

  • Substrate compatibility: The substrate material must be compatible with the UV inkjet printing process and must not be affected by UV radiation or ink
  • Ink adhesion: The ink must adhere well to the substrate to ensure good print quality and durability
  • Print quality: The UV inkjet printing process should be capable of producing prints with good color accuracy and consistency
  • Ink drying and curing: The ink must dry and cure quickly under UV radiation to avoid smudging or smearing

We work closely with our customers to meet their specific requirements:

Customer Requirements

  • Understanding the customer’s specific printing needs and specifications
  • Identifying and resolving any technical or logistical issues
  • Considering desired final product specifications such as size, shape, color, resolution, and durability
  • Creating a strategy to meet the needs of the customer
  • Establishing open lines of communication with customers to ensure that their needs are met, and any issues are resolved promptly
