“The first contact with Bergstein Digital BV took place during the InPrint fair Munich, where we were first introduced to the DIGI-5 printer and had the opportunity to review initial printed samples.

At that time, we were looking to improve the printing process for control panels of laundry machines. Previously, we used pad printing and silkscreen printing technologies, but we were searching for a solution that could offer greater precision and consistency, printing on demand and less labor as well as costs saving over time.

So far, the collaboration with Bergstein has been very positive, with good communication and quick responses in case of any issues.

We have only recently completed the SAT, so the number of printed pieces is still limited. However, everything is functioning well and the results look promising.

We would recommend the Bergstein DIGI-7 printer, mainly because of its high print quality and reliability for more demanding projects. The printer enables precise and consistent digital printing, which is essential for professional use. At the same time, it is a technologically complex system that requires well-trained personnel to operate, which may be a challenge for users without technical knowledge or experience with digital printing systems.

Thanks to Bergstein’s guidance, we successfully had the DIGI-7 operational in a short period. People got trained and first production was made. A big shout-out to everyone.”
